Want to see something fun? This will really make your day. This is a video of UCLA campus police tasering a student in the campus library. You can read the full story here. The best part is when the kid, a 23-year-old student, is on the ground in handcuffs screaming in pain, and they tell him to stand up or they will taser him again. That's just slightly better than the part where a bystander asks an officer for his badge number, and he tells her "Shut up or I'll tase you." Good times.

That video is simply shocking. As a former CSO, here's my reading:
That's a classic example of officers getting caught up in "procedure" no matter how bad and cruel it looks. I am guessing that their protocol demanded that they make the student walk out no matter how bad it made them look. In the end, they just look like they are trying to assert their power. Stupid, blind cruelty.
You can see that the CSOs, who are supposed to be in charge of crowd control, completely lost whatever power they are supposed to have.
I could go on. Nothing like this ever happened while I was on duty. Thank god. I was never comfortable with situations like this.
